The service

Architectless (provider: QPS Engineering AG, see imprint) helps you draw floor plans in conversation with Mags, an AI assistant, and rebuilds existing plans from files you attach. The service is in beta: features change and may be unavailable at times. Daily limits apply.

Plans are drafts

Plans, areas, room lists and exports are produced partly automatically and can contain errors, especially plans rebuilt from PDFs, scans or photos. Check every dimension against the original and on site before you rely on it. Architectless gives no advice on building permits, structure, fire safety or building services; for these you need a qualified professional.

Your content

Your plans and files remain yours. Only upload files you are allowed to use. You give us the rights needed to store and process them to provide the service to you, nothing more. File content is never treated as instructions to the system.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, try to reach other people's data, or overload it with automated requests.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of plans, areas or exports, or from interruptions of the service. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains.

Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of QPS Engineering AG.
